The NEW VETair2 is enclosed in a solid uPVC material frame that is impervious to liquid and resistant to bacteria, making for a completely sealed, easy-wipe and waterproof dental machine that stands up to rigorous cleaning regimes and reduces contamination risk.

Now oil-free

To reduce lifetime maintenance cost by removing the need for oil changes, the VETair2 uses an oil-free air compressor. Oil-free compressors can be notoriously noisy, but we have re-developed our new dental range to incorporate the same noise-dampening technology as in our large oxygen concentrators for piped gas supplies, where compressor noise is also a known issue.
A clever combination of spring-mounted components and delay timer tech softens the inertia of starting and stopping the pump, giving you a gentler, quieter compressor action for stress-free dental procedures.

Built-in LED scaler

The VETair2 boasts a four-station control unit, including your usual high- and low-speed hand-pieces plus three-way syringe (water/air/mist) that is familiar to users of the original VETair, or VETair Classic. On top of these, the VETair2 also includes an inbuilt ultra-high-frequency piezo crystal scaler – far more efficient than air-driven equivalents – with an LED-illuminated scaler tip. All elements of the four-station control unit, including the scaler, are fed from a single on-board water source.
